Bring to hospital:

• Originals of Forms 1, 2 and 3 if held by you. 
• Your medical insurance company’s letter of prior approval. 
• All medications you are currently taking. 
• X-rays and scans (as appropriate). 
• Glasses and physical aids.

 Inpatients please pack:

• Nightwear (e.g. nightshirt or nightdress). 
• Comfortable footwear. 
• Personal toiletries. 
• Reading and writing materials. 
• Children's toys (as appropriate).

Please do not bring:

• Money.
• Jewellery.
• Other valuables.
