Nursing at Royston Hospital offers many opportunities to a nurse looking for a challenge. We are the only private surgical hospital in Hawke’s Bay and draw our clientele from a wide geographical area.

At Royston our nurse/patient ratios provide a safe clinical working environment where you will find you have the time and resources to provide quality patient care.

We cover a broad range of surgery including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Gastrointestinal including Bariatric, Urology, ENT and Plastics. Therefore, any nurse working as part of our team has plenty of opportunities and is able to gain proficiency in caring for this range of patients.

Although there are some permanent night shift staff, most nurses rotate through rostered mornings, afternoon and night shifts. We would welcome your interest in joining our team here at Royston.
